MOQ, Pricing & Ordering
Our order requirement is based on Minimum Order Amount(MOA), instead of strict Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ). The target minimum order value is $2000. Higher quantity brings more favorable unit pricing. Requirements may vary for different product models.
Yes, we support small‑volume trial orders for new customers to test the market. Even if your quantity is 300‑500 units, please contact us to check feasibility. We will try our best to accommodate your first‑time trial request.
Yes, absolutely. We can offer tiered pricing based on order quantity. Please let us know your estimated quantity, and we can provide price ranges for different order volumes.
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit, with the balance paid against the bill of lading copy. We accept wire transfer and AliTrade. Negotiations on payment terms are available for qualified orders.

Yes. For custom colors, each color would need to meet the corresponding MOQ. For standard colors, mixed colors or models may be possible depending on stock availability and order quantity.
Yes. If the changes do not affect the product price, such as adding a logo color, adding packaging accessories, or reducing the order quantity, adjustments can usually be made before mass production starts. For changes that affect the cost or production process, we will need to reconfirm the details and pricing.
Samples & Product Development
Yes, free samples are available. Please get in touch with us to confirm the exact shipping cost.
The custom sample cost depends on the specific customization requirements, such as the design, logo, color, packaging, and whether a new mold or tooling is required.Please send us your customization details or artwork first, and we’ll check and quote the sample cost accordingly.
If it’s only standard color customization and printing, the sample making time is around 7 days.
Absolutely. Please share your design concept, sketches, or any specific requirements with us. Our design team can review them and provide optimized design solutions based on your ideas, functionality, appearance, and production feasibility.
For a new mold, the development time is usually around 30–35 days for reference.
Depending on the mold structure and fitting requirements, a trial sample may be needed after the mold is completed, followed by some adjustments to ensure the final design meets the requirements.
Customization, OEM & ODM
Yes, we support customization for pill‑box color, material, size, inner compartments and outer packaging. Custom branded retail packaging is available for your brand, including packaging solutions adapted for Amazon, retail stores and general e‑commerce sales. We can also develop new pill box designs based on your ideas, sketches or technical drawings, including custom structural designs and new tooling development. All custom requests are subject to relevant minimum‑order‑quantity requirements. Please share your full specifications for a detailed quotation.
We can customize the pill box with your own logo, usually through printing.
We offer different printing methods, including pad printing, silk screen printing, UV printing, and heat transfer. Please send us your logo artwork, and we can check the suitable printing method for your design.
Yes. For fully customized pill boxes that require a new mold, a mold/tooling fee may apply. The cost depends on the product design and mold structure, and we can quote it based on the actual design.
If the mold/tooling fee is paid by the customer, the mold is customer-owned and treated as a private mold. We will not use it for other customers without your authorization.
For a custom design developed and fully paid for by the customer, the intellectual property rights can belong to the customer, subject to the specific design agreement. For designs based on our existing models or developed jointly, the ownership would need to be discussed and agreed upon separately.
Yes. Once the mold is confirmed and the customer owns the mold, we can sign an NDA together with the mold agreement to protect your product design and ideas.
We can help develop packaging artwork and product instructions based on your requirements, product specifications, and branding guidelines.
Materials, Safety & Certifications
Yes, all materials used for our pill boxes are food‑safe.
PP, ABS, PC, Silicone, Aluminum Alluy, etc.
We have specific pill box models designed for vitamins, supplements, and other dietary products, with different compartment sizes and configurations to suit various storage needs.
Our products comply with FDA, LFGB and CE standards and are BPA‑free. We are able to provide corresponding certification documents upon request.
We hold LFGB certification for the German market and DGCCRF certification for the French market.
Yes, we can provide available product test reports and quality‑certification documents upon your request. Please reach out to our sales team to get these files.
Quality Control & Inspection
We control quality through a full-process QC system, covering incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. Quality is monitored throughout the entire production process to ensure consistent product quality from *aw materials to final delivery.
Before shipment, we conduct a final quality inspection covering product appearance, dimensions, function, quantity, packaging, labeling, and overall workmanship. We also carry out an outgoing inspection to ensure the goods meet the agreed specifications and quality requirements before delivery.
We conduct incoming material inspections to ensure all raw materials and components meet the required specifications before production.
We conduct in-process inspections throughout production to monitor product quality and identify any issues at an early stage.
We conduct final inspections before shipment to ensure the finished products meet the agreed quality requirements and specifications.
You are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection before shipment.
If you receive a few isolated defective or damaged items, we can usually offer a discount on the next order or provide replacement quantities free of charge. For any batch-level quality issue, we will communicate with you promptly, conduct an internal root cause investigation, and work with you on an appropriate solution, including corrective and preventive actions internally.
Packaging, Labeling & Fulfillment
For OEM orders, the barcode, SKU, and labeling information can be provided by the customer, and we can apply them to the product and packaging according to your requirements.
We can provide Amazon FBA prep and labeling services, including product labeling, barcode labeling, and packaging preparation according to your FBA requirements.
If required, we can arrange the relevant packaging drop tests or transportation testing, but please specify the testing requirements in advance so we can arrange them accordingly before shipment.
We can help optimize the packaging structure and packing method to reduce packing volume and shipping costs while maintaining adequate product protection. We can assess the individual packaging, carton size, packing quantity, and palletization based on your requirements.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
Normally our production lead time is around 4‑5 weeks after order confirmation. Lead time may be extended during peak seasons or the Chinese New Year (CNY) holiday period. We will confirm the exact timeline with you upon order placement.
We support sea freight, air freight and express courier shipping. Transit time and shipping costs vary based on destination, total weight and volume of your order. We will offer suitable shipping solutions and quote exact freight cost when your order details are confirmed.
We can provide EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP pricing. Please specify your preferred shipping terms and destination, and we will quote accordingly.
We will notify you in advance if potential delays occur due to peak seasons, holiday periods or material supply issues. We will work together with you on updated schedules.
